Abstract

Basically every company that is established has the hope that later in the future will experience rapid development in the scope of its activities and want to create high productivity in the field of work. To realize this operation several factors of production are needed, namely, labor, capital and expertise, where these four factors cannot stand alone, but must support each other to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Human resources with high work productivity make it possible to achieve the goals set by the organization/agency.What happened to the company at PT. Gas Prima Arta in terms of productivity is still lacking. In particular, there is a lack of employee coordinators with superiors, namely managers, because the manager is in Madura and in the company the person in charge is transferred to the company administrator.
