Abstract

Dinaf Handicaft is an MSME established in 2019 which operates in the field of handicrafts made from goat skin made by hand drum and its target consumers are children. Partner problems. 1. Many prospective retail or party buyers ask for the Shopee link. 2. Prospective buyers also ask for product photos to be sent when they want to buy. 3. There are buyers who want complete product information and purchases on Instagram, while foreigners don't have Instagram. 4. Many buyers are confused about finding the address for this Handicraft business. 5. Ouwner said that the person concerned really wants a payment system with Qiris and can have online receipts. Solution: Training on creating digital marketing using the Shopee marketplace. Training to create a WhatsApp Business account. Training to create an Instagram account. Training contains MSME Maps. Online and offline note making training. Qiris registration training. Results: 1.Training participants are able to implement sales on Shopee 2.Training participants are able to implement WhatsApp Business 3.Training participants are able to implement marketing via Instagram. 4.Training participants are able to create maps of their business locations. 5.Training participants are able to make notes online and offline. 6.Training participants register Qiris (as of 08 September 2023 in the publishing process).
