Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, price and location on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Gephok Restaurant Pak Giek Jember. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis methods used are data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination r2 tests, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that price has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality, service quality and location have no partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality, service quality, price and location simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction.
