Meanwhile, data analysis uses validity, reliability, normality and Simple Linear Regression Analysis tests. The researcher tested the hypothesis using Simple Linear Regression Analysis because this research was conducted to determine the influence of Local Instagram Marketing Influencer</em> <em>s (X) on consumer Purchase Intentions (Y). This test technique is used to test and find out whether individual independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable. If the calculation results show that Sig < alpha 0.05 (SPSS Release 20.0 for Windows). The normality test using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov method was significant at 0.389 > 0.05. The regression method in this research has met the normality assumption. The correlation value is 0.346. From this output, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.121 was obtained. The influence of the independent variable (Local Instagram Marketing Influencer</em> <em>s) on the dependent variable (Purchase Intention) is 21.5%. In the ANOVA test, the calculated F value was obtained = 9.524 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. So the regression model can be used to predict the participation variable or in other words the influence of the Local Instagram Marketing Influencer</em> <em> variable (X) on the Purchase Intention variable (Y). The criteria for respondents in this study were customers who had purchased and used a foam mattress with the Royal Foam brand, domiciled in Denpasar City. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results showed that product quality had a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention, brand image had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction on repurchase intention had a positive and insignificant effect on Royal Foam brand foam mattresses in Denpasar City. Descriptive and analytical various linear regressions are used in data analysis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang mengambil sampel dari seluruh populasi sebanyak 105 orang dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama dengan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah inner model dengan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Self-Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ditunjukkan dengan nilai Original Sample Coefisien sebesar 0,320 dan p-value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. . Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ditunjukkan dengan nilai Original Sample Coefisien sebesar 0,400 dan p-value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ditunjukkan dengan nilai Original Sample Coefisien sebesar 0,295 dan p-value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Samples were determined using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 100 samples. Data collection in this research used questionnaires with SPSS data analysis techniques. Researchers used three types of variables. The validity test is carried out using the SPSS program where an instrument is said to be valid if r ≥ 0.30 and if the value is smaller it is considered invalid so that the variable in question can be eliminated. To calculate the reliability value, use a Cronbach alpha value above 0.6. The results of this research show that social media marketing has a positive and significant influence on student decisions, brand image has a positive and significant influence on student decisions, social media marketing has a positive and significant influence on word of mouth, brand image has a positive influence on word of mouth, word of mouth has an influence positive and significant on student decisions. Coffee is a plantation commodity that has a harvest period once a year, so financial management is very important in the running of this business. Good financial management must start from proper recording and quality financial reports in order to provide clear and complete financial information, and support appropriate decision making. Recording must refer to applicable accounting standards, namely the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (EMKM). This research aims to (1) analyze accounting accounting in recording transactions (2) understand in depth the financial management of X-Barue Coffee MSMEs. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data is collected through observation and interviews. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling. The research results show that X-Barue Coffee MSMEs still use simple manual recording methods, are not in accordance with Indonesian SAK for EMKM, and there is a mixture of personal and business wealth. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic and social factors in the form of the effect of economic growth on poverty, the effect of education on poverty, the effect of health on poverty, the effect of unemployment on poverty. This study uses panel fund regression analysis, which is a combination of cross section and time series data, involving 4 districts on Madura Island, namely Bangkalan Regency, Pamekasan Regency, Sampang Regency and Sumenep Regency and observations from 2012-2023.
