Membangun Kinerja di Era Digital: Peran Kepemimpinan Digital dalam Menghubungkan Digital Knowledge dan Personality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh Digital Knowledge dan Personality terhadap Kinerja dengan Kepemimpinan Digital sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah responden dalam studi ini sebanyak 89 pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) kota Batam, dengan metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis pada Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital knowledge memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, sementara personality juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja. Di samping itu, kepemimpinan digital terbukti berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara digital knowledge dan kinerja, pengetahuan digital baru akan berdampak optimal pada kinerja apabila diimplementasikan melalui kepemimpinan digital yang efektif. Serta, dalam hubungan antara personality dan kinerja, kepemimpinan digital juga berfungsi sebagai mediator yang signifikan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemimpin yang visioner dan adaptif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi mampu menumbuhkan sikap kerja yang terbuka, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada pembelajaran, sehingga karyawan menjadi lebih inovatif, fleksibel, dan produktif dalam menghadapi tuntutan kerja di era digital.
