<p><em>This study aims to (1) To analyze the simultaneous influence of leadership on employee performance. (2) To analyze the influence of work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. (3) To simultaneously analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance. (4) To analyze the simultaneous effect on employee performance. (5). To analyze the influence of some leadership, work motivation, work discipline and sensitivity to employee performance. The population used in the study was all employees of the Badean Bondowoso Village. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS version 22 statistical test. The results of this study indicate that Leadership, Work Discipline and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on performance. <p><em>This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities, prices, security and information quality on passenger satisfaction on the KM Dharma Kartika route Kalianget-Raas-Jangkar. Research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to research objects using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample for this research was 60 respondents. Data analysis used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Termination Coefficient, T Test and F Test Using the data management program, namely SPSS version 20. The results in this research are from the results The t test (Partial) shows that the Service Quality Variable (X1) partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction (Y). The facility variable (X2) partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction (Y). The price variable (X3) partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction (Y). The security variable (X4) partially influences passenger satisfaction (Y). <p><em>This research aims to determine the influence of Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings, Price, Product Quality and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Shopee (Case Study of Students at the Mandala Jember Institute of Technology and Science) both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were students of the Mandala Jember Institute of Technology and Science. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used was 60 respondents using the Roscoe formula. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The tests used are data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R<sup>2</sup></em><em>) and Hypothesis Testing. </em><em>The research results show that the price and promotion variables partially influence purchasing decisions, but Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings and Product Quality do not partially influence purchasing decisions. <p><em>This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Load, and Work Life Balance on Employee Satisfaction at Mega Finance Jember branch. This type of research is associative which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The number of respondents was 34 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression (SPSS Version 25). The research results show that Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Life Balance have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Mega Finance Jember branch and Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Mega Finance Jember branch. To increase employee job satisfaction at the Jember branch of Mega Finance, namely by creating a positive work environment, the company must provide fair compensation, encourage strong work discipline, manage workload effectively, and support work life balance to achieve company goals.</em></p>Susi SusantiSuwignyo WidagdoYani Dahliani

<p><em>This research aims to determine the effect life style, word of mouth, price, product quality, and facilities on purchasing decisions at Toko Jadi Fashion Jember. The population used in this research is all consumers who have purchased at Toko Jadi Fashion. The sample used in this research is engineering purposive sampling. This type of research uses quantitative research. The tests used were data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination (R<sup>2</sup>), t test and F test. The results of this study show that life style and facilities partially do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, where as word of mouth, price and product quality partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously life style, word of mouth, price, product quality, and facilities have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Toko Jadi Fashion Jember. Based on the results of this research, Toko Jadi Fashion can maintain stability in pricing well, namely with affordable prices according to consumer needs and providing discounts or discounts. Apart from that, it can maintain and improve the quality of each product. <p><em>This research aims to determine the effect of price, word of mouth, facilities, service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions at cak kebo warkop both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were buyers who had made purchases at the Cak Kebo warkop. The sample used was 60 respondents using the accidental sampling formula. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, Determination Coefficient Test (R<sup>2</sup>) and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that price, word of mouth and service quality have a partial effect on purchasing decisions, but facilities and product quality have no partial effect on purchasing decisions.
