PENGARUH HARGA, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, LOKASI, PROMOSI, DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG PADA WISATA ALAM PEMANDANGAN ARAK-ARAK WRINGIN KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of price, service quality, location, promotion and facilities on visitor satisfaction at the natural attractions of the Wringin procession, Bondowoso Regency. This type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and literature study. The data processing method in this study uses instrument data tests, namely: validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypotheses namely: t test and F test, and coefficient of determination, with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results showed that the variables Price, Service Quality, Location, and Promotion partially had no significant effect on visitor satisfaction with the scenery of the Wringin procession in Bondowoso Regency. While the facilities partially have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the nature tourism of the Wringin parade of Bondowoso Regency, and simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Natural Tourism of the Wringin parade of Bondowoso Regency.
