Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Matahari Johar Plaza Jember
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and transormasional leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction at Matahari Johar Plaza Jember. The population of this study is matahari Johar Plaza Jember employees with a population of 212 employees. The sample used was 42 employees. The sample technique used is Probability Sampling. The data analysis method uses path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that organizational commitment directly affects job satisfaction. Transformational leadership directly affects job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has no direct effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has no direct effect on employee performance.Job satisfaction does not affect employee performance. Organizational commitment directly affects employee performance through job satisfaction. Transformational leadership directly affects employee performance through job satisfaction.
