Integrasi Green HRM dan Corporate Social Responsibility: Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan perusahaan. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari kesenjangan literatur yang umumnya membahas GHRM dan CSR secara terpisah, sehingga belum banyak studi yang menyoroti keterhubungan keduanya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dengan menelaah artikel ilmiah, dokumen regulasi, serta laporan keberlanjutan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi GHRM dan CSR memiliki relevansi strategis dalam memperkuat capaian triple bottom line: ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. GHRM berperan membangun kesadaran hijau karyawan melalui rekrutmen, pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, dan kompensasi, sementara CSR memperluas kontribusi perusahaan terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Sinergi keduanya tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi internal, tetapi juga memperkuat legitimasi eksternal. Hambatan utama integrasi mencakup keterbatasan finansial, literasi manajerial yang rendah, serta budaya organisasi yang hierarkis, sedangkan peluangnya berasal dari dorongan global, perkembangan teknologi digital, dan meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperluas literatur manajemen strategis melalui kerangka RBV dan DCT, sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis berupa strategi diferensiasi non-harga yang memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di era keberlanjutan.
