Peran Strategic Human Resource Management dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi: Pendekatan Dynamic Capability Theory

Era globalisasi dan disrupsi digital menuntut organisasi untuk mampu beradaptasi secara cepat agar tetap mempertahankan daya saing. Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) dipandang sebagai instrumen penting yang tidak hanya menjalankan fungsi administratif, tetapi juga membangun kapabilitas dinamis organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran SHRM dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT). Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka normatif-eksploratif dengan menganalisis sekitar 30 literatur primer dan sekunder dari basis data Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik SHRM, terutama melalui High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), berkontribusi pada pembentukan kapabilitas dinamis organisasi, yaitu sensing, seizing, dan reconfiguring. Kapabilitas ini memungkinkan organisasi lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan, memperkuat inovasi, dan meningkatkan kinerja tidak hanya pada aspek finansial, tetapi juga pada dimensi kepuasan pelanggan, proses internal, serta pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SHRM merupakan jembatan antara perspektif Resource-Based View yang menekankan kepemilikan sumber daya dengan DCT yang menekankan adaptasi berkelanjutan. Implikasi praktisnya, organisasi di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia perlu menempatkan SHRM sebagai prioritas strategis untuk memperkuat daya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan era VUCA.
