Analisis Penerapan Green Human Resources Management Pada Perusahan BUJP (badan usaha jasa pengamaan)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) pada Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan (BUJP) di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari kesenjangan literatur yang menunjukkan bahwa kajian GHRM selama ini lebih banyak berfokus pada sektor manufaktur dan perhotelan, sementara sektor jasa keamanan relatif jarang mendapat perhatian. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen pada salah satu BUJP di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penerapan GHRM di BUJP masih berada pada tahap awal (incipient), dengan beberapa inisiatif parsial seperti digitalisasi administrasi dan kebijakan hemat energi, tetapi belum terintegrasi dalam kebijakan formal. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung penerapan GHRM mencakup kebutuhan efisiensi biaya, tuntutan eksternal dari klien, dan perkembangan teknologi digital. Sementara itu, hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan finansial, rendahnya literasi manajerial, budaya organisasi yang tradisional, regulasi yang belum mendukung, serta rendahnya kesadaran individu karyawan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun adopsi GHRM di BUJP masih terbatas, sektor ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan perilaku ramah lingkungan melalui strategi kebijakan yang tepat. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan memperluas kajian GHRM pada sektor jasa keamanan, sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis berupa rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan reputasi BUJP.
