PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, FASILITAS, HARGA, KEAMANAN DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENUMPANG KM DHARMA KARTIKA RUTE KALIANGET - RAAS - JANGKAR
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities, prices, security and information quality on passenger satisfaction on the KM Dharma Kartika route Kalianget-Raas-Jangkar. Research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to research objects using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample for this research was 60 respondents. Data analysis used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Termination Coefficient, T Test and F Test Using the data management program, namely SPSS version 20. The results in this research are from the results The t test (Partial) shows that the Service Quality Variable (X1) partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction (Y). The facility variable (X2) partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction (Y). The price variable (X3) partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction (Y). The security variable (X4) partially influences passenger satisfaction (Y). The Information Quality variable (X5) partially influences passenger satisfaction (Y). from the results of the F Test (Simultaneous) All independent variables, namely Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2), Price (X3), Security (X4) and Information Quality (X5) simultaneously have an effect on passenger satisfaction (Y).
