Abstract

This study aims to (1) To analyze the simultaneous influence of leadership on employee performance. (2) To analyze the influence of work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. (3) To simultaneously analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance. (4) To analyze the simultaneous effect on employee performance. (5). To analyze the influence of some leadership, work motivation, work discipline and sensitivity to employee performance. The population used in the study was all employees of the Badean Bondowoso Village. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS version 22 statistical test. The results of this study indicate that Leadership, Work Discipline and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, work motivation has no positive and significant effect on performance.
