In recent years, many local music brands have rapidly gained online popularity but struggled to maintain long-term visibility and relevance, particularly regarding fair royalty distribution and artist welfare. This raises concerns about the lack of strategic brand development rooted in values that can sustain a brand globally and locally amidst rapid digital transformation. Adopting a quantitative approach, the study collected data from 70 respondents, including local music creators, producers, and audiences familiar with Indonesia's independent music scene. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationship between Economic Digital, Corporate Brand Personality and Sustainable Brand. The findings indicate that a strong brand personality significantly contributes to the appeal of local brands and fosters sustainable branding practices through collaborative, agile, and emotionally resonant brand strategies, especially when supported by equitable digital economic practices. The study implies that local music brands must move beyond momentary virality and cultivate clear, authentic brand values, including a commitment to artist welfare and fair digital monetization, to thrive in today's digital and global ecosystem.

Keywords: Economic Digital, Corporate Brand Personality, Sustainable Brand, Industry Music Creative, Indonesia
Ayu Nareswari Nur Latifa Isnaini Putri Kartika Ayu Kinanti Copyright (c) 2025 Ayu Nareswari, Nur Latifa Isnaini Putri, Kartika Ayu Kinanti (Author) 2025-09-16 2025-09-16 6 1 1 6 10.31967/icebit.v6i1.1558 Analysis of Factors Influencing Impulse Buying at Golden Market Jember https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/eproceeding/article/view/1560
This study investigates the influence of sales promotion, store atmosphere, product variety, and money availability on impulse buying behavior at Golden Market Jember, a modern retail center in East Java, Indonesia. As modern retail formats continue to shape consumer shopping habits, understanding the factors that drive unplanned purchases becomes essential for maintaining competitiveness. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 50 consumers selected through purposive sampling, data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that sales promotion and product variety have a significant positive effect on impulse buying, whereas store atmosphere and money availability do not exhibit a significant influence. These results suggest that strategic promotional activities and a diverse product assortment can effectively stimulate unplanned consumer purchases. However, the store’s current atmosphere and consumers’ financial constraints appear to limit spontaneous buying behavior. The study contributes to retail management by highlighting key drivers of impulse buying and offering insights for enhancing retail marketing strategies.

Keywords: impulse buying, sales promotion, store atmosphere, product variety, money availability, Golden Market Jember
Nely Supeni Muhdar Supeni Copyright (c) 2025 Nely Supeni, Muhdar Supeni (Author) 2025-09-30 2025-09-30 6 1 7 11 10.31967/icebit.v6i1.1560 Determinants of Female Labor Income in the TTN I Tobacco Industry: A Case Study in Pancakarya Village, Ajung, Jember https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/eproceeding/article/view/1561
This study aims to examine the influence of education, age, working hours, and number of dependents on work productivity and income. Drawing from peer-reviewed journal articles published over the past two decades, this review finds that accounting conservatism contributes significantly to crisis mitigation by promoting timely loss recognition and enhancing the reliability of financial statements. Conservative reporting practices reduce information asymmetry, foster trust among external stakeholders, and serve as a buffer against economic shocks. The review also highlights contextual factors such as legal environment, corporate governance, and firm characteristics that moderate the relationship between conservatism and resilience. The findings support the view that conservative accounting acts not only as a reporting mechanism but also as a strategic tool for managing financial risk. Future research is encouraged to examine cross-country effects and integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations.

Keywords: Accounting conservatism, financial reporting, crisis resilience, firm performance, financial risk, stakeholder trust.
Wiwik Fitria Ningsih Nely Supeni Copyright (c) 2025 Wiwik Fitria Ningsih, Nely Supeni (Author) 2025-09-30 2025-09-30 6 1 18 23 10.31967/icebit.v6i1.1562 Role Studies Eligibility Business in Effort Development Product Business https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/eproceeding/article/view/1575
Micro, Small Enterprises Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are a crucial foundation for the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to Gross Domestic Product and employment. This study used a quantitative approach with path analysis to test seven proposed hypotheses. The results showed that Expectation Confirmation and Perceived Usefulness have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Furthermore, the three main variables (Expectation Confirmation, Perceived Usefulness, and Satisfaction) also have a significant influence on Customer Engagement. However, Customer Engagement did not have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, thus its role as a mediator was not statistically proven. This phenomenon highlights a critical gap in current digital business models, which rarely integrate faith-based principles and sustainability frameworks. Drawing from the theories of Triple Bottom Line, Stakeholder Theory, TOE Framework, The House model, and Maqosidus shariah principles, this study proposes a conceptual model called EL-BAIT (Ecotheology-Based Innovative Technopreneurship) that integrates technological innovation, faith commitment, and ecological ethics. The model addresses the urgent need for a holistic entrepreneurial paradigm that fosters both economic competitiveness and socio-environmental legitimacy. This article employs a critical literature review method by synthesizing empirical studies and conceptual frameworks published between 2010–2025 from Scopus-indexed journals and DOAJ. Key variables were clustered thematically and mapped into an integrated conceptual diagram of Eco-theological innovative technopreneurship. The findings reveal three components – Technological innovation, Faith-driven entrepreneurship, and sustainability as the strategic key way of ethical green technology innovation and five core components—faith-led leadership, digital capability, stakeholder empathy, green organizational culture, and sustainability awareness —as the supporting behavior. A real life case study will be used to illustrate the proposed model. This model serves as a normative guide for ethical startup development in Muslim-majority and sustainability-driven societies. Future research is recommended to empirically validate the ELBAIT model through case studies or participatory design involving digital entrepreneurs, policymakers, and faith-based communities.

Keywords: Ecotheology, Technopreneurship, Faith-Driven Ventures, Sustainabililty
Ahmad Sirajuddin N.W.
