Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, individual characteristics and communication on employee performance both directly and through intervening variables of competence. The study was conducted at Perumdam Tita Pandalungan Jember. The type of research is quantitative. The sample used was 82 people with the sampling method being purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Smart PLS. The results of the study indicate that work culture, individual characteristics and communication both directly and through intervening variables influence employee performance.
