ANALYSIS OF RAW MATERIAL INVENTORY (ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY) AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF UD. INSYADI BAKERY IN KELOMPANGAN VILLAGE, AJUNG DISTRICT, JEMBER REGENCY
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the forecasting of UD raw materials. INSYADI BAKERY then to find out the most efficient supply of raw materials at UD. INSYADI BAKERY, and to find out business development strategies at UD. INSYADI BAKERY. This research includes research that uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Data analysis uses the Least Square method for forecasting, Economic Order Quantity for raw material supplies, then SWOT for development strategies. The results of the research show that forecasting the need for raw materials increases every week, the most efficient supply of raw materials based on EOQ analysis is a frequency of 5 orders with the amount of raw materials ordered amounting to 372 Kg.
