THE INFLUENCE OF TEAMWORK AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH WORK LOYALTY AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of Teamwork and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Loyalty as an Intervening Variable. The object of this research is the performance of employees of the General Section of the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. With a population of 210 employees and a research sample of 105 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is proportional random sampling. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative research approach. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed with the Smart PLS 4.0 application. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that teamwork and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work loyalty in the General Section of the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. Furthermore, teamwork, motivation and work loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Section of the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat.
