In human behavior theory, the research examines how intrinsic values, professional motivation, and relational harmony within the school setting contribute to a teacher's satisfaction. Utilizing a quantitative associative causal approach, the study surveyed 176 respondents using validated instruments and analyzed the data using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that workplace spirituality characterized by meaningful work, sense of community, and value alignment significantly impacts job satisfaction, primarily through the sense of togetherness among teachers. Likewise, teacher professional competence, comprising motives, self-concept, knowledge, and skills, also positively affects job satisfaction, with knowledge as the most dominant contributor. Moreover, the study highlights the mediating role of organizational commitment in strengthening the relationship between workplace factors and job satisfaction. The results emphasize that enhancing workplace spirituality and professional competence can foster a more satisfying and supportive school environment. This research offers theoretical contributions to educational psychology and organizational behavior and provides practical implications for school leaders and policymakers seeking to improve teacher well-being and performance.
Rosdiana Amini, Sunardi Sunardi, Bambang Supriadi Copyright (c) 2025 Rosdiana Amini, Sunardi Sunardi, Bambang Supriadi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1520 Thu, 26 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Developing Emotional Intelligence and Competencies to Strengthen the Performance of Project Managers at the Indonesian National Construction Implementation Association East Java https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1521
This study investigates the role of emotional intelligence and managerial competencies in enhancing project manager performance, with job attitude as a mediating variable, within construction companies under the Indonesian National Construction Implementation Association in East Java. Using a quantitative approach and surveying 182 project managers, the study assesses key constructs such as emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management), managerial competencies (motives, traits, self-concept, and knowledge), job attitudes (commitment, satisfaction, involvement), and project performance (quality, quantity, timeliness, and cooperation). The findings reveal that emotional intelligence significantly affects project manager performance, particularly through improved self-awareness and social relationship skills. However, managerial competencies alone do not substantially influence performance unless supported by positive job attitudes. The study confirms that job attitude is a critical bridge linking emotional intelligence to improved performance outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of soft skills development in construction project environments and offer practical insights for enhancing leadership training, team dynamics, and project success rates. The study provides strategic recommendations for organizational growth and workforce management within Indonesia’s construction sector.
Erman Hernadi, Lilik Kustiani, Bambang Supriadi Copyright (c) 2025 Erman Hernadi, Lilik Kustiani, Bambang Supriadi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1521 Sat, 28 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 EL-BAIT”: (Ecotheology-Based Innovative Technopreneurship): A Conceptual Model Bridging Innovation, Digital Ethics, and Response to Climate Crisis” https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1610
The increasing pressure for technological innovation in the digital economy has triggered a crisis of values, where technopreneurial practices often neglect ethical, ecological, and spiritual dimensions. This phenomenon highlights a critical gap in current digital business models, which rarely integrate faith-based principles and sustainability frameworks. Drawing from the theories of Triple Bottom Line, Stakeholder Theory, TOE Framework, The House model, and Maqosidus shariah principles, this study proposes a conceptual model called EL-BAIT (Ecotheology-Based Innovative Technopreneurship) that integrates technological innovation, faith commitment, and ecological ethics. The model addresses the urgent need for a holistic entrepreneurial paradigm that fosters both economic competitiveness and socio-environmental legitimacy. This article employs a critical literature review method by synthesizing empirical studies and conceptual frameworks published between 2010–2025 from Scopus-indexed journals and DOAJ. Key variables were clustered thematically and mapped into an integrated conceptual diagram of Eco-theological innovative technopreneurship. The findings reveal three components – Technological innovation, Faith-driven entrepreneurship, and sustainability as the strategic key way of ethical green technology innovation and five core components—faith-led leadership, digital capability, stakeholder empathy, green organizational culture, and sustainability awareness —as the supporting behavior. A real life case study will be used to illustrate the proposed model. This model serves as a normative guide for ethical startup development in Muslim-majority and sustainability-driven societies. Future research is recommended to empirically validate the ELBAIT model through case studies or participatory design involving digital entrepreneurs, policymakers, and faith-based communities.
Ahmad Sirajuddin, N.W. This study aims to analyze and synthesize the literature on the implications of NSFR on margins and profit management practices in Islamic banking. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA 2020 (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) for articles published between 2020 and 2025, the data were analyzed through narrative synthesis. The synthesis results show that NSFR causally suppresses profit margins through increased funding costs. Based on agency theory, this pressure on profitability creates a strong incentive for managers to engage in earnings management as a strategic response. This study formulates a conceptual framework that integrates liquidity regulations, financial performance, and managerial behavior.
Yuniorita Indah Handayani, Muhaimin Dimyati, Hayatul Maspufah, Nurshadrina Kartika Sari Copyright (c) 2025 Yuniorita Indah Handayani, Muhaimin Dimyati, Hayatul Maspufah, Nurshadrina Kartika Sari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1680 Mon, 06 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Dynamics of Digital Transformation in Human Resource Training at Depo Khing Guan Jember https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1580
This study explores the dynamics of digital transformation in human resource training at Depo Khing Guan Jember, a regional logistics center undergoing operational modernization. SDT explains how the regulation of motivation from external to intrinsic drives individual engagement and purchasing behavior. The research context is middle-class squeeze, where consumers face increasing needs but limited purchasing power, creating challenges for sustainable consumption. A total of 354 respondents participated in the survey, and the data were analyzed using WarpPLS. The results of the structural model confirmed the validity and reliability of the measurement instrument. Identified and introjected motivations contributed significantly to engagement, while intrinsic motivation played a weaker role. Surprisingly, customer engagement did not significantly predict repurchase intentions, creating a paradoxical finding where high engagement does not necessarily translate into repeat purchases under economic constraints. These results highlight the complexity of sustainable consumer behavior during middle-class pressure and provide strategic implications for MSMEs, including the need for inclusive pricing, value-based communication, and gender-sensitive marketing approaches to strengthen repurchase intentions in the green product market.
Yuliatin Azizah, Mainatul Ilmi, Firna Yulia Puri, Alfina Dwi Susanti Copyright (c) 2025 Yuliatin Azizah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1554 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Analysis of Local Banana Product Diversification as Market Expansion Through Digital Finance https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1579
This study analyzes the diversification strategy of banana-based products in Lumajang Regency through the utilization of financial technology (fintech) and digital finance as an effort to expand markets nationally and internationally. Lumajang, as one of the largest banana producers in East Java with a production of 716,624 quintals in 2023, shows significant potential for developing value-added processed banana products. However, most small and medium enterprises (SMEs) still face challenges in product innovation, limited digital marketing, low adoption of fintech, and high logistics costs for market expansion. Using a qualitative case study approach with the CIPOO (Context-Input-Process-Output-Outcome) framework, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. The findings reveal that although several banana-based products such as chips, banana flour, and beverages have been developed, the lack of digital literacy and financial inclusion limits their competitiveness. Digital marketing channels remain local and informal, while knowledge of export administration and packaging standards is still insufficient. The integration of fintech and digital finance is identified as a key driver to improve access to capital, enhance transaction efficiency, and expand market reach. This research concludes that intensive mentoring in product diversification, digital literacy, and export packaging is crucial to strengthening SMEs’ competitiveness and supporting sustainable development goals (SDGs) in the region.
Muhammad Rijalus Sholihin, Lia Rachmawati, Nur Andita Prasetyo Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Rijalus Sholihin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1579 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Mediating Effect of Work Stress on the Relationship Between Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence and Nurse Performance (Study at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Sukoharjo) https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1636
Nurse performance plays a vital role in determining the quality of healthcare received by patients. Intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence are among the factors that can influence performance. Job stress can also impact nurse performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research approach to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on nurse performance, with job stress as a mediating variable. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the relationship between these variables, both partially and simultaneously. Overall, it can be concluded that in this study, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence play an important role in influencing job stress, but do not directly improve employee performance. Furthermore, job stress itself has not been shown to have a significant direct impact on employee performance. These findings indicate the need for further study of other variables that may play a greater role in influencing performance.
Intan Sari Mahardika, Muchlis Mas’ud, Ana Sopanah Copyright (c) 2025 Intan Sari Mahardika, Muchlis Mas’ud, Ana Sopanah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.itsm.ac.id/index.php/abm/article/view/1636 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0700
