This research uses secondary data in the form of expenditure data. social assistance, capital spending and poverty rates. The data is taken from the government's official website, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). For the purposes of analysis in this study, panel data were used from all regencies/cities in South Sulawesi Province. In processing the data that has been obtained, namely using the Eviws application. The method used in this study is the method of data analysis stationary test, correlation test and Granger causality test. The results of this study indicate that first, social assistance spending funds have no significant effect on poverty. Second, capital spending has no significant effect on poverty. One company that has become a pioneer in providing online-based transportation services is PT. Indonesian Go-Jek. PT. Go-Jek Indonesia was pioneered by Nadiem Makarim in 2010 which at that time only served motorcycle taxi orders via telephone, but since January 2015, Go-Jek has launched a mobile application that can be used as a medium for ordering Go-Jek transportation online. Go-Jek itself is an intermediary that connects motorcycle taxi drivers with customers, where customers can monitor the position of motorcycle taxi drivers that have been ordered. This study aims to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 120. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria. This study used data collection techniques using the questionnaire method using the Google form. The data analysis technique in this study is the SEM analysis technique using the SmartPLS software analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Brand image has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction partially mediates service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate brand image on customer loyalty. One of them is by paying attention to the performance of employees both from their motivation and discipline in achieving the organization. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques Measurement Model (Outer Model): Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability. Structural Model (Inner Model), Predictive Relevance (Q Square), Hypothesis Testing Results. Tested manually using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software application. The population in this study were employee teachers at SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Yogyakarta, while for the sample data using the saturation technique, all employees were taken, namely 62 samples. Eratex Djaja Probolinggo. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were all employees using information technology, including users of server devices, LAN PCs, integrated production systems, utility systems and marketing systems, totaling 54 employees. The technique of determining the number of samples (respondents) through saturated sampling techniques, so that the number of samples is 54 people. Information technology and job characteristics as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. Prior to conducting a test to reveal how the effect is, tests are first carried out on all instruments, both validity, reliability and classic assumption tests with test results, all of which meet the requirements with the SPSS tool. This study found that first, there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics together on employee job satisfaction. Both individually there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 175 employees. Data were analyzed by data analysis technique Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed there was a significant positive influence between the division of services to job satisfaction. This means that when the division of services increased, employee job satisfaction also increased significantly. There is a pattern of positive influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This means that if the motivation increases then the performance of employees also increased significantly. This changing consumer behavior can affect the performance of MSMEs. MSMEs that can adapt to innovation are expected to maintain business performance. On the other hand, MSMEs also need to consider the business resilience and technological literacy of their human resources in maintaining MSME performance. This research was conducted using regression analysis involving 100 business actors in the creative sector in the East Java region. Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki keberagaman UMKM yang mendukung perekonomian daerah yaitu sebesar kurang lebih 23.108 unit UMKM yang berjalan. <em>Problem </em>yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tidak selalu sama. Problem skala kecil dan besar termasuk stres kerja, beban kerja, dan konflik peran, yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 100 pekerja di UMKM di Kabupaten Pamekasan adalah subjek penelitian ini. Studi ini menggunakan <em>Model Structural Equation </em>(SEM) dari program statistik PLS 3.0 untuk menganalisis data. Hilirisasi nikel merupakan strategi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah industri pertambangan nikel melalui pengembangan industri hulu dan hilir. Fokus penelitian ini terutama pada pengaruh kebijakan hilirisasi nikel terhadap ekspor komoditas besi dan baja, yang menjadi sektor terkait secara langsung. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis data sekunder berupa statistik ekspor, kebijakan hilirisasi nikel, dan kondisi pasar global. Pendekatan analisis dampak kebijakan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi perubahan signifikan dalam ekspor komoditas besi dan baja setelah penerapan kebijakan hilirisasi nikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan hilirisasi nikel berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan ekspor komoditas besi dan baja Indonesia. Langkah-langkah hilirisasi, seperti pengembangan industri peleburan nikel dan produksi baja berkualitas tinggi, telah meningkatkan daya saing produk Indonesia di pasar global. Peningkatan nilai tambah dan kualitas produk juga berdampak positif pada harga jual dan permintaan global. Selain itu, kebijakan ini juga berperan dalam diversifikasi ekonomi dan pengurangan ketergantungan pada ekspor nikel mentah. Dengan adanya kebijakan hilirisasi nikel, Indonesia dapat lebih mandiri dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya alamnya dan mengoptimalkan potensi ekspor produk bernilai tambah. This forecast is influenced by a number of indicators both global and domestic. One of them is the economic growth of major trading partners in the second quarter of 2022, which continued to experience growth, although it slowed from the previous quarter. Economic growth, which shows a positive trend, also illustrates that the investment climate in Indonesia is increasingly conducive and developing. This can also be seen from the development of the number of investors listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. An investor, before investing must analyze the condition and financial statements of a company, where the company's financial statements usually guarantee the condition of development or success or failure of a company. Stock is a sign of ownership of a person or entity in a company (Sunariyah, 2006). There is one thing that must always be remembered in investing in stocks, that high profits are also followed by high risks as well. In investment there are two risks, namely systematic risk and unsystematic risk. Risks that always exist and cannot be eliminated by diversification are referred to as systematic risks. To analyze the determinants of stock prices is done by regression analysis without and with moderation variables.&nbsp; Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) in the regression model without the moderation variable, a coefficient of determination value of 0.146 was obtained in model 5, there is only one independent variable left, namely ROA. This figure shows the amount of contribution of the independent variable <em>Return On Assets </em>to stock price variations is 14.60%. While the value of the coefficient of determination in the regression model with moderation variables, obtained a coefficient of determination value of 0.304 in model 3, with four independent variables, namely <em>&nbsp;Capital Intencity (CI), Inventory Intencity (II),&nbsp; Return On Assets</em> <em>(</em>ROA), and &nbsp;Capital Intencity variables moderated by <em>Inventory Intencity variables.&nbsp; </em>This figure shows the amount of independent variable contribution to stock price variations is 30.40%. (GP). Furthermore, the results of respondents' answers will be processed and analyzed with smartPLS-SEM 4.0 software analysis techniques. The formulas are tested for convergent and discriminant validity, reliability, construct multicollinearity, R Square Test, F-Square Model Conformity Test (F2) and Path Coefficient Test. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the hypothesis test in this study was carried out by looking at the t-statistical value and p-value. A research hypothesis is considered acceptable if the t-statistic value is greater than 1.65 and the p value &lt; 0.05. Furthermore, it is known to test the hypothesis that this study shows the results for the results of H1 analysis, namely the perception of a significant effect on the purchase of green product-based products in Panglipuran Tourism Village Bali, by looking at the statistical value of T of 2.3150, then at the P value of 0.0113 smaller than 0.05, in other words that H1 is accepted. Then on H2 about the influence of tourist decisions that have a significant effect on the purchase of products labeled green products in Panglipuran Tourism Village Bali can be seen with a statistical value of T of 2.4835, then for the P veleus value of 0.1201, with the results of this hypothesis test that for H2 is acceptable.</em></p> 2024-02-01T10:40:45+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Suwignyo Widagdo, Luh Komang Candra Dewi
