Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Load, and Work Life Balance on Employee Satisfaction at Mega Finance Jember branch. This type of research is associative which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The number of respondents was 34 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression (SPSS Version 25). The research results show that Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Life Balance have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Mega Finance Jember branch and Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Mega Finance Jember branch. To increase employee job satisfaction at the Jember branch of Mega Finance, namely by creating a positive work environment, the company must provide fair compensation, encourage strong work discipline, manage workload effectively, and support work life balance to achieve company goals.
